Training
The main training nights for the club are Mondays and Thursdays at the John Wright Sports Centre. Training more or less takes place all year round with the exception of Christmas and New Year.
Winter 2009/10
Mondays: 6pm-7pm indoors at John Wright Sports Centre then 7pm-8pm outdoors (under 9s remain indoors)
Wednesdays: endurance group, 6.30pm-8pm at John Wright Sports Centre. Information from Willie Sutherland on whps@talktalk.net
Thursdays: under 11s and 13s- 7pm-8pm indoors at Calderglen High School
under 15s up- 7pm-8pm outdoors at John Wright Sports Centre
Sundays: high jump training, 10am at Greenhills Play Barn, note this is not strictly weekly. Check the forum (accessible from the site front page) for news of sessions.
Summer
Mondays: all age groups- 7pm-8pm outdoors at John Wright Sports Centre
Wednesdays: endurance group, 6.30pm-8pm at John Wright Sports Centre. Information from Willie Sutherland on whps@talktalk.net
Thursdays: all age groups- 7pm-8pm outdoors at John Wright Sports Centre.
Parents of under 9s are required to stay at training. Children must be collected from the track or sports hall and not from the car park or reception.

Individual coaches may arrange additional training sessions in addition to the above. Athletes should check with their coach for any such arrangements.
Membership queries can raised with Steven Whyteside via steven.whyteside@talktalk.net. Alternatively, see him on a training night when he coaches the under 11s and/or assists with the endurance group.
