Christmas Caption Contest Result
The response to this competition was the best yet. Again, the standard of entries was extremely high. On this occasion, I had no fewer than three shortlists before deciding on the top three. Even then, I still had to place them first, second and third.
All you had to do was provide a suitable caption for this photograph.
Feeling quite generous, I put up three prizes. In first place, winning a £10 gift card for D2 and a selection box was Laura McCord with this entry:-
"The second false start leads to one mascot being disqualified!"
Second prize of a box of Celebrations was taken by Paul White with this:-
"I would be out in disguise too if I was a Hearts supporter or are they the new players?"
And in third, winning a selection box, was Euan McMurtrie with the following:-
"Now I told you, you have to wait until I say ready steady go!"
